One pot wonder


Over Easter I went camping with billy and a couple of friends, I cooked a one pot wonder... Risotto! 

I love making risotto, I find the best thing with this dish is you can put anything in it as long as you've got garlic and a stock cube it'll taste great! 



 Ingredients- serves 4 hungry people 

One bag of risotto (500g) 
As much water as you need 
One stock cube 
2 garlic cloves 
1 green pepper 
1 Meduim onion 
Half a bag of fine French beans 
Some mushrooms 
 Butter for frying 

Method 
Fry onion pepper mushroom beans with some butter in a pan 
Cook till browned off 
Pour in risotto stir till all mixed in 
Add in water till coats the top
Stir 
Bring to boil then simmer 
Add water in a little at a time until rice is edible 

Serve with salad- we had spinach leaves tomatoes and cucumber!

So yummy everyone scoffed it up! And there wasn't much washing up either!
